These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OutfitAI mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

OutfitAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Nithija Nimesh Ariyaratne, a sole trader based in Australia.

1. Use of the Service

OutfitAI provides an AI-powered wardrobe and outfit generation service that allows users to upload photos of clothing items and receive outfit suggestions based on their wardrobe and preferences.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Service to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using your email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your information updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

The Service allows users to upload photos and wardrobe information (“User Content”) in order to generate outfit recommendations.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content to the Service, you grant OutfitAI a limited license to store, process, and use the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you submit to the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded wardrobe images.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

OutfitAI uses artificial intelligence technology to generate outfit suggestions. These suggestions are generated automatically based on user-provided wardrobe items and preferences.

AI-generated results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that outfit suggestions will meet individual expectations, preferences, or fashion standards.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services to operate, including cloud infrastructure, analytics, and artificial intelligence providers.

These services may process certain information necessary to provide functionality. Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

You agree not to:

Upon account deletion, associated user data and uploaded wardrobe content may be removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The OutfitAI application, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by OutfitAI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutfitAI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
